Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You feel overwhelmed.

  • You work so hard, yet you feel empty.

  • You keep trying to "have it all" but you feel like you aren't measuring up.

  • You take care of everything and everyone else, but often forget to take care of yourself.

If so, therapy can help.

These issues often plague hard-working women who want what's best for themselves and everyone in their lives. But trying to be everything to everyone is impossible. It can hold you back from truly embracing and enjoying your life. It can lead to chronic depression and anxiety, because you're never able to meet the impossible expectations you have for yourself.

As a recovering perfectionist myself, I know how hard it can be to balance your well-intentioned desires to achieve and provide for others without being ruled by the critical voice of perfectionism. Through therapy, I can help you learn how to strike that balance without feeling like a failure.

You can take care of yourself AND do amazing things in the world!

Check out the services I offer below:

Online Therapy

If you're looking for a convenient option to beat the traffic, online therapy might be a great fit for you. It's much easier to fit in your schedule and can be a great way to "dip your toe in the water" if you've never been to therapy before.

Online video sessions and telephone sessions are proven to have the same benefits of traditional therapy. Click here to learn more.

Walk & Talk Therapy

If you're tired of sitting in the office all day, don't do it in therapy, too. I offer walk & talk sessions for those who want to try something a little different.

Walking taps into the proven positive effects of physical activity and nature on the brain. Also, many people find it easier to open up and process the session while walking, since different pathways in the brain are working while moving. Click here to learn more.

Of course, I offer sessions in my tranquil therapy office in Grant Park as well!
