The truth is, you're a total badass who has been pushing through pain and difficulty most of your life. Most people around you don't notice that you’re struggling, because you've been holding it all together so long. But all the struggle and the work to keep it "under wraps" is starting to wear on you. You're tired. You might feel numb and struggle to connect with those you love. You may feel constantly on-edge or anxious or have flashbacks of your worst moments. You may have even developed chronic pain or syndromes that are affecting your health.

Despite being so strong, you feel like you’re hitting a breaking point with trying to balance so many things at once. You may feel isolated or alone in your pain - you’re so good at hiding it, but you often don’t get the support from others that feels helpful. You may find yourself feeling resentful at how little others understand how much you’re dealing with day to day. You’ve built a full life for yourself, but it’s starting to feel almost impossible to “hold it all together” - especially if you feel like you have to do it all on your own.

Before my clients came to see me, they worried their only option was to continue pushing through it all by themselves. They worried there was no one who could truly understand what they were going through.

Like my clients, you deserve to be seen for the badass you are, but also to have your pain and struggle fully known and validated.  You can find relief and healing in ways that aren’t another empty “just stop being stressed!” or the invalidating “but have you tried this?!”

Together, you and I can give your overworked nervous system a break and find the peace and support that you haven’t received in the past.
